I am a diabetic patient. So walking is essential in my life. I have tried to walk on the road for a long time but suffered from cold due to change of season.
My friend suggest me to try trade mill. I have chosen the product durafit 001 strong motorised trade mill. Firstly I give 5 stars of their customer service.
I cannot install the machine due to loose connection inside the box. I called customer care. They immediately take action and sent a technician after
3 days to my home and my problem is solved within couple of minutes.I am writing this review after using 4 days. I am really happy with it. It's control
panel really awesome. All informations can be obtained from this display. Various program can be arranged for various kinds of people like marathon
runner, sprinter, old people, after dinner walker etc. Motor is soundless and smooth.I recommend the product gladly to the other customer of Amazon.
Don't think twice. It is really excellent and quality product at really at cheaper price.

I am aged 68 ( diabetic )and my wife aged 61.We have purchased for daily walking purpose in side house since we cannot go for out
door or park walking esp in rainy or foggy seasons.I purchased on 21 feb 2019.The product is working without noise and
satisfactorily. We are using daily for 20 to 30 minutes in the morning. Technical support is good.

Nice product in the price band. motor is noiseless. Assembly was very easy and completed within 30 minutes after un boxing. Packaging was good.
now coming to customer care, it was nice experience as after writing to the mail there was instantaneous call back from customer care. all digital documents were sent. Lets hope same promptness will be shown if unfortunately there is some problem.
machine is having lot of features. at speed up to 8 kmph it is stable above 10 kmph there is visible vibration in frame.
Also seems the calorie counter is not calculating properly as found it was showing 6.2 cal when i walked for 10 min at speed of 6 kmph. in 1km walk just showing 6.2 cal burnt. needs some caliberation or setting. also there seems some misprint in manual as it is saying oil it after every 10 km of running the machine which seems to be too frequent.
looking at cost benifit and feature of the product it is worth for money. My only expectatio is that we will be getting after sales service even after warranty period by paying genuine labour and part cost as this is not a use and throw product.
will write again after using the product for a month. till now showing no issues.

Absolute delight to get what you just want.. I had researched about treadmills for over a year and then after a lot of r n d came across this one.. And I'm glad I chose durafit as its just u was looking for.. No sound problem while walking, good speaker, good cushioning, superb customer care ppl.. Lastly I assembled it all by my self (being a girl) , with a Lil help from my 10 year old son😁😁
