Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer care on +91-6383151885 or email on firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason or the product is damaged or defective, you can return your items shipped by Durafit Fitness for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Durafit reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
a. The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery
b. Items and packaging must be received in new condition
c. Items has been used, or altered
d. The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
e. Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
f. return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
g. If returned by customer on non-defective/damaged reasons, the reverse shipping cost to be borne by the customer.
How Long would it take for Refund or Exchange shipment?
a. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue refund within 5 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.
b. If you have opted for exchange then the replacement product will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the original package.

a. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Entire amount would be refunded into your account. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. b. We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. c. If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
