Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

We assure you that all products sold on Durafit are brand new and 100% genuine. Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse.
If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care on +91-6383151885 or email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
If the product is damaged or defective or Not as described, you can return your items shipped by Durafit Fitness for a prompt refund or replacement. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package.
Return requests approved by us for replacement based on the user escalations, we will ensure that the pickup is arranged at the earliest within 2 - 5 days. We will ship the replacement as soon as the returned product is picked from Customer locations by our courier partner.
In case the following conditions are not met, Durafit reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
a. The items must be returned for refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery
b. Items and packaging must be received in new condition
c. Items have been used or altered
d. The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage
e. Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
f. Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
g. If returned by a customer on non-defective/ not damaged/ No Product specification mismatch reasons, the To & Fro shipping and Depreciation cost to be borne by the customer.
h. If returned by a customer on non-defective/ not damaged/ No Product specification mismatch reasons, the Installation, un-installation and Packaging charges to be borne by the customer.
i. If any Plastic parts in the item delivered to the user are found defective/damaged, then the Company shall arrange the replacement of the spare parts only and shall not replace the main Product.
How Long would it take for a Refund or Replacement shipment?
a. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue a refund within 7 working days and in the same form as the original payment type.
b. If you have opted for a replacement, then the replacement product will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving the original package.

For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement or returns is subject to approval by management.
a. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so if the order has not yet been shipped. The entire amount would be refunded to your account.
b. If the order you want to cancel has been shipped, shipping costs will be deducted.
c. We reserve rights to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of products on the website and stock unavailability.d. If your order is cancelled for any reason after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your card account.
