I am a diabetic patient. So walking is essential in my life. I have tried to walk on the road for a long time but suffered from cold due to change of season. My friend suggest me to try trade mill. I have chosen the product durafit 001 strong motorised trade mill.
Firstly I give 5 stars of their customer service. I cannot install the machine due to loose connection inside the box. I called customer care. They immediately take action and sent a technician after 3 days to my home and my problem is solved within couple of minutes.
I am writing this review after using 4 days. I am really happy with it. It's control panel really awesome. All informations can be obtained from this display. Various program can be arranged for various kinds of people like marathon runner, sprinter, old people, after dinner walker etc. Motor is soundless and smooth.I recommend the product gladly to the other customer of Amazon. Don't think twice. It is really excellent and quality product

Good treadmill, working fine as expected, customer support team works great, best in class & bang for your buck.
Still don't know the presence of patented durafit cushioning (spring) technology, gel technology. Cushioning wise it just works like an ordinary treadmill at your local gym. I can't spot the special cushion effect.
Rest all is beyond great.
Some one called me claiming from durafit & asked for my feed back & in return they offered me silicon spray from durafit.
To be my surprise, the silicon bottle delivered today.

It has been 4 months since I started using this threadmill. So far no issues experienced with the product. The good features I noticed is the belt width 19 inch which is very comfortable for running and the silent motor which hardly makes any sound while running. The auto inclination, speed adjustments, speakers are all very handy to use. I have opted for durafit after some research and comparision with similar products and i believe this is a worthy buy.

When you buy a treadmill, you need to have an idea as to how you are going to use it.
How many people are going to use it?
How much time for each person?
How much do they weigh?
Just for walking or jogging and running too?
You need atleast a 3CHP motor if atleast one person in your family, who weighs MORE than 80 odd kgs wants to JOG.
You need a STURDY, QUALITY treadmill if you are going to use it for more than 90 minutes a day and need it to last long.
Durafit Royal is sturdy. Heavy duty. The body can easily take the load and last long.
It looks premium, high quality. Good for more than 2 people using atleast for an hour a day. The package probably weighs more than 140 kgs. You will need 4 people to move this thing around. We managed it with 2. We felt like we did enough workout for a week. Assembled it ourselves. YouTube videos from durafit are very helpful. Easy enough. Or you could wait for the service person. Find a spot in your home with nice ventilation and electric supply and some extra space on all sides BEFOREHAND. Because moving this thing is not something that you would want to do.
When you buy a treadmill, you need a great customer service. Because there might be belt issues, noise issues over time. Buying a treadmill which is worth more than 50k, and having poor customer service can make you miserable.
Our treadmill had a noise issue. It made creaking noise when used, like a video review in durafit heavy hike. There was noise because of flooring with slight sloping. Which was corrected by placing a cardboard strip beneath it. There was noise at the incline spring. Some reviews in durafit heavy hike, expresses lot of concern regarding this, which I also had before buying. But don't worry. All it needs is a little greasing. After manufacturing they have to store it. So by the time you install, it is going to need some greasing at the incline if you have this issue. Applying lubricant beneath the belt is also needed. You also need a good lubricant for future use.
This seller gives such a great customer service that I wanted to give a glorious review. They make every effort they can to address your issue, in my case even freely. They really want to give excellent customer service. They was no tendency to escape. They actually accepted and apologized to me for a small mistake made by the service person who sent his assistant instead of coming himself for a noise issue. Eventually they forced the service person to visit himself.
This was one of the best customer services I've ever experienced for a product bought online.
Now, Amazon customer service. Their 10 day return policy on this product is nonsensical. THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT, WITH GOOD SELLER RATING WITH AN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. but, if it was not excellent it would have been a major headache. If you can't assemble it yourself on the first day itself, you need to wait for 2 days according to your locality for service person installation. It takes some days to find defects for any product, and if you find any, it takes some time to contact the customer service and for them to send a service person, find the root of the problem and solve it. And there are Sundays, holidays. If you are not alert about this variables, you might find a defect after 10 days window. Amazon English customer people's response to a problem was very confrontationist, disrespectful, unhelpful, frankly scaring. This is very disappointing. Worst Amazon service. I would recommend not to go for other low quality products with poor customer service, because if it is not delivered by Amazon service, or if there seller uses a third party service, you might actually need to return these treadmill on your money. These things weigh more than 100 kgs, so it might cost more than 10000 rupees just to return. This is what Amazon people told me. Different Amazon Representatives say multiple things, often contrasting things. Very unhelpful, very scary. Some of the Amazon people wouldn't even give me the durafit customer care phone numbers, saying it is against their policy. But 2 Representatives gave me the number. Mind boggling.
To sum it up, AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD AMAZON SERVICE. go for it, if it meets your requirements.

I selected Durafit Strong-Surge because it offers more features than its competitors in the same price range. They believe in their product and back it up with a significantly longer guarantee than their peers.
- First off, the product came very well packaged - two layers of bubble wrap, very neatly put together - kudos to whoever did that job.
- Durafit has very well produced videos on Youtube and its website, which cover the installation and operation of the treadmill adequately.
- The product is as sturdy as advertised.
- The running area is sufficient both in its length and width for walking. The handrails provide adequate support if needed. You will be OK while running if you don't drift sideways, or suddenly slow down or speed up, as there is no margin for that.
- The treadmill isn't loud, and the automatic incline and hydraulic fold work like a charm.
- Durafit's customer service has always been very polite and timely, never pushy. They have sent technicians within 24 hours when needed.
- The only gripe I have is that if you use your treadmill for running, you will have to tighten various screws, nuts, and bolts periodically. The impact during running loosens them, and the treadmill starts making grinding noises.

It has been over 4 months now and it is very strong as name suggests ! Never really felt any lag or drift while walking/ running. Portable too. Doesn't take too much space in folded condition. All functions are working really well. Some time oiling is little cumbersome , but it is not a deal breaker. My entire family love it and it serves them all with ease. Very well built . Recommended for heavy and light use.

The product delivered 4 days before the expected delivery date. Well packed box. It's a bit heavy, and I have to place it on first floor. Durafit sales person called me and said they will make arrangements, kudos to the Durafit team for proactively taking care of delivery and installation arrangements.
The Durafit Royal is an excellent treadmill. Very less motor sound. Good functionality available on this model. Looks and feel like built to last. Please make sure you are lubricating the belt weekly once, if you are using it daily. This is the best treadmill you can buy at this price point. it's support upto 150kg max.

I was looking for same for a long time and I have this one. The product is outstanding. No noise issue. Extra accessories like Massager, dumbbell, twister were also useful. After 48hrs, I can say, quality is better then my expectation and I am sure it will last for quite some yrs. Belt is Ok Size, i was skeptical about it earlier since i read few comments about it's width, but I find it enough space to run freely. Machine don't make much noise, and run smoothly, it has settings to adjust/tight/loose belt if has any problems. Product came with silicon oil lubricant, 2 screwdriver and 4+2 screws and manual along with warrantly claim section.

Since 4 months I am using daily its running smoothly and good performance. I used treadmill in gym but what I liked in Durafit thread a smooth start and stop, in gym it was high end machine but start and stop was a very jerky one and for elders those machines are very difficult but I recommend Durafit to all age people who's weight within 100kgs. Durafit treadmill having almost all features of any other make of treadmill. It is bit slim, occupies a very less space, ease of use and performance is awesome. I can lift the bottom and leave, when ever sweeping is done, just press the stand gently, it will automatically settles the bottom, easily movable. Motor makes less sound. I feel its worth for the money I spent.
